Withdrawals from your 188jl wallet are available to Players who have completed the KYC identity verification process. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — acceptable forms include UMID, driver's licence, passport, PhilHealth card, or any government-issued photo ID — together with a selfie for liveness verification.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name that matches your KYC-verified identity. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts are not permitted.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or such other regulatory body as may have jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute.
